I've been working on this painting for a while now. I'm really pleased with how it turned out.
It's a big canvas 100x100 cm, actually the largest one I've completed.

Skyline
I've spent this weekend in Copenhagen visiting my parents, with my daughter Ida. On sunday we had a really nice trip to Frederiksberg Garden were an exhibition and market was held.
I've been playing in my studio all day. City skylines were the inspiration source.

Let your love shine bright.
I've been working on a big canvas (60x80 cm) for a couple of days and finally finished it today.
After playing with bright colors for weeks, I wanted to try earth tones again.
I've used different shades of brown, gray and white and a lot of Golden Fluid Iridescent Copper Light (Fine).
I love the fantastic light reflecting effect the Copper paint creates. It really makes the painting glow.
Although, showing this effect in close-up photos turned out to be a little more difficult than I had thought.

Fly on the Wings of love.
I've discovered a new color combination. Teal, red and pink. I would never have thought about putting these colors together. But after a visit to one of my absolute favorite blogs created by Kate Crane ( thekathrynwheel.blogspot.com), I've changed my mind.
She's a master with bright colors, and many of the techniques I've used I've learned from her.
